Each Medycard arrives packaged with  pre-loaded
with professionally designed software that allows
you to easily enter and store your health
information and easy to use instructions.

I am not able to use a computer, what do I do?
It is recommended that you have your medical
POA help you enter the data. Also, you can ask
you doctor to help.

How secure is the information?
The Medycard is password protected and comes
with ultra high, 256 bit encryption.

How will emergency people get my information  if
I can not speak?
Medycard comes with a special feature that allows
access for health professionals without releasing
certain personal identifiers.

Who is responsible for the information on the
device.
The user is responsible for all information. One of
the purposes of the Medycard is to help users
become more accountable and have more control
over their health. By having the user or a
representative for the user, enter the data, you will
become more aware of your health.



What happens if I lose the Medycard?
The information is secure. We always recommend
users back-up their information on their computer.

Will my information be loaded on the Internet.
NO!!  All information is on the device and is not
on the Internet or any other database.

What kind of warranty do I get?
We provide full customer support and offer a 30
warranty. If there is a problem with your device,
you will know right after you get it. We have very
few problems with the devices. We provide the
highest quality control and make sure all units are
working before they leave the warehouse.

What if I am having a problem and I need help.
We offer full support. We do recommend that you
contact us first via email. Emails are answered
within 12 hours. If we cannot help through email
we will contact you personally. Just leave your
number.

Will this work on my computer?
The Medycard card is designed to work with all
windows based computers. If you have a problem,
just contact us and we will walk you through
installation.

Can I enter my whole family on one device.
No!. The Medycard is designed for one person. It
is to be carried by the user.

What if paramedics or emergency rooms will not
use the device?
This is becoming less of a problem, however we
recommend that you print a copy of your
information which you can give to them also.
